After practicing student-side special education law for seven years, Patrice is excited to join Mulvaney Law as a Senior Attorney. During her time representing plaintiffs in special education cases, Patrice personally handled several hundred cases that entailed mediations, hearings and more. Patrice is excited to bring her extensive negotiation experience, detail-oriented case management skills and passion for representing those who have experienced harm to Mulvaney Law.
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California, Patrice taught special education and AVID in the Los Angeles Unified School District. While teaching, Patrice earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University. After teaching, Patrice attended the University of San Diego – School of Law on the USD Law Student Leader Scholarship and USD Dean’s Honor Scholarship. In her time as a law student, Patrice interned at the ACLU, the Alliance for Children’s Rights, the Juvenile Public Defender’s Office, and more. In her spare time, Patrice enjoys running, spending time with her kids and quesadillas.
